Lamnidis Law advised Zephiros Group on the sale of a majority stake in Zephiros Energy Trading S.A. to MET Group.

Zephiros Energy Trading, the renewable energy aggregation arm of Zephiros Group, is one of Greece's leading aggregators, serving owners of wind, solar and battery storage assets. The transaction combines Zephiros's local market expertise with MET Group's international trading platform and financial strength.
