Bio

An experienced transactional lawyer active in mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts and cross-border commercial transactions, with a particular specialisation in energy transactions and the energy transition. Her practice combines broad-based deal experience with sector-specific depth, advising developers, strategic investors and international energy and construction groups across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects — from project contracting to acquisition, disposal and dispute resolution. Having acted on some of the more demanding multi-party transactions in the market, she brings sophisticated transactional structuring alongside a strong litigation and arbitration background in commercial and construction disputes. Her transactional work spans photovoltaic and geothermal generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy communities and cross-border energy efficiency arrangements, as well as commercial transactions beyond the energy sphere.
