Practice Overview
Energy Law
Our energy law practice provides full-spectrum legal services to clients across the energy value chain, including project finance, M&A, joint development arrangements, power purchase agreements, regulatory licensing, and dispute resolution. We act on renewable energy development, conventional energy, oil and gas, energy storage, LNG and CNG, and cross-border connectivity projects, advising both project sponsors and financiers.
We are one of the few Greek law firms with genuine experience advising multilateral institutions including the European Commission, EBRD, EIB, World Bank and Asian Development Bank on major energy infrastructure mandates, with project work spanning 30+ countries across Europe, Southeast Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
